I ordered a couple of tops from C&A and was relieved that the colors looked pretty much the same as they did online. I’d even asked support beforehand because I’ve had bad luck with that on other sites, and they basically said the product photos are meant to be “as true to color as possible.” In my case, that was actually accurate. The green shirt especially looked just like the picture. Really happy with it overall.

I ordered a jacket and a few shirts from C&A, and I have to admit the photos were actually close. The colors looked about the same in person and the fit was more or less what I expected. If I’m being picky, the jacket seemed a little thicker in the pictures than it turned out to be, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised, no major disappointment when the order showed up

I ordered a few basic tops and a pair of jeans from C&A. The delivery was fine, so no issues there, but the quality was just disappointing. One of the tops went weird after the first wash, and the jeans feel really thin, like they’re just not going to last very long. The prices are okay, but I expected better. I’m not sure I’d order clothes from there again.

I had to send back a jacket because the size just wasn’t right... The return process on c-and-a.com was actually simple!! Got the label without any hassle, dropped the package off, and then got my refund a few days later. It wasn’t instant or anything, but it was still totally fine!!! Would’ve been 5 stars if the refund came through a bit quicker...

Uh, the shipping cost was actually decent. Not too bad overall, and it felt fair to me

They make it sound like the website is supposed to be easy and convenient, but that has not been my experience at all. Pages take forever to load, and every time I try to use the filters, they randomly reset. It gets annoying fast, especially when you're just trying to find something without wasting a bunch of time.

I use the C&A app often, and overall it’s been good. It’s easy enough to browse around, find what I’m looking for, and place an order. Checkout was fine for me too, no real issues there. The only thing is… it does load a bit slowly sometimes, which can be a little annoying if I’m just trying to quickly look at something. So yeah, good app overall, just not quite perfect. 4 stars from me.

The package came really neat, maybe I’m making a bigger deal out of it than I should. The bag felt strong, the clothes were folded nicely, and nothing looked squashed or dirty when I opened it

I ordered three pairs of jeans in the exact same size, and somehow they all fit completely differently. One was okay, one was way too tight, and one was huge. It’s frustrating enough not knowing what you’re going to get, but the way the sizing issue was handled made me feel like I was being talked down to, like I just didn’t understand how jeans are supposed to fit

I had a problem with my order and, to be fair, customer service did eventually sort it out. But it took way too many back-and-forth messages and several days of waiting, which got frustrating. The issue was fixed in the end, but the whole process left a bad impression. I expected it to be handled a lot quicker and smoother.

I was kind of disappointed because there really wasn’t much available in my size. It seems like the popular sizes must sell out super fast, or maybe they just don’t stock many of them to begin with. Either way, I couldn’t find much to choose from.

I’ve ordered from C&A a few times now, mostly basics for my family, and I do like that they seem to be making more effort with sustainable cotton and better materials. As someone who tries to be a bit more thoughtful about what I buy, it makes me feel better choosing clothes there instead of just grabbing the cheapest option anywhere.

The prices still feel normal and affordable, which matters a lot, and the quality has been perfectly good for everyday wear. Delivery was smooth too. I’m not saying they’re perfect, but I appreciate the direction they’re going in and hope they keep adding more eco-friendly options.
